Over the past eight years in the agency environment, I have led the creative execution of thousands of marketing campaigns for hundreds of clients across a wide range of industries. As Director of Design, I built, mentored, and managed a high-performing team of designers, driving creative excellence through collaboration, coaching, and process improvement.
